Looking Like the Angels will almost certainly be evacuating Tampa after Monday Night's game, returning on Labor Day (9/1) to play a double header, coincidentally the day rosters expand and Salt Lake reinforcements can meet us there.

The storm track is estimated to turn in much further south in the Naples area and possibly miss Tampa Bay all together.

As you can see in the Game Notes, Maicer Izturis was placed on the 15-day DL today, and 1B Kendry Morales was recalled from AAA Salt Lake.

I doubt Morales gets any playing time, but he's nice to have on the bench. Maybe we'll see some S-Rod while Izturis is out...
